The True Frequency of the World is Love: A Somatic Perspective
About four months ago, I was guided on the back of a being with wings on a journey through the true frequency of our world.
Not in a dream, but in a deep meditative (theta) state my pineal gland revealed to me a place of absolute trust, a complete knowing that we are always held in the vast expanse of All That IS (yes, even when it seems that we are alone on a burning planet, we are loved beyond measure).

The Paradox of Acceptance: How embracing what IS initiates the alchemy of change
In an extremely polarizing world, it is a natural human inclination to resist that which we do not agree with, that which we hope to change. In the context of the collective, groups resist each other through policy and protest, through verbal and written diatribes that are birthed from the perpetual discomfort in our minds and bodies due to that which we perceive as wrong.
And this response makes sense.

Somatic Bridging: How to honour what is while embodying what’s possible
For the last few years, my personal hope and healing has been found in the contemplations of ‘what is possible?’ and ‘how do we access possibility?’ I dove headfirst into the teachings of the mystics and scientists who were telling us that we were missing a primary aspect of reality. Their message was repeated time and time again, so I decided to experiment with applying this knowledge of reality and possibility, with profoundly life-altering results. I would like to share what I discovered with you.
You might think it’s a bit ‘out there’, but stick with me!

Somatics and Spirituality
There are so many spiritual teachings that might feel true and sacred, or maybe interesting and possible; yet are so often confused in their application. This confusion can lead to going around in circles, and can even lead to harmful bypassing. So, how do we make sense of spirituality?!
After 15 years in practice and prayer, studying the spiritual truths of this world, I know that we are so much more than we think we are. That our five senses give us but an inkling of the miracle of our existence, and that the realization of this miracle occurs within.

What is somatics?
You’ve likely been swimming in the words ‘somatics’, ‘embodiment’ and ‘transformation’. But what do they mean?
Somatics is a paradigm, a practice, a process.
As paradigm is assumes that our experience of life occurs within the soma, the body. That our lives occur not just outside and around us, but primarily within our felt experience.

The Imperative of Possibility
We live in a culture obsessed with fixing, controlling, and in many ways, sabotaging our way to transformation. But what if the very mindset that created the chaos can’t be the one that heals it? This is the paradox of change, and is also the place where Brain Body Being begins.
