We live in a holographic universe.

For many decades now, science has been revealing time and again that through a combination of the field we exist within and the holographic nature of the brain, that our consciousness is directing our experience.

This is as much true of the individual as the collective, yet it is essential to name that so much of the challenges we face as individuals are due to the challenges within the collective.

It is difficult to make sense of the implications of this knowledge. To fathom that one’s consciousness and the consciousness of the collective could be creating the depth of difficulty within our lives and the world.

This workshop will unravel, through the intricate web of somatics, spirituality, and physics, how we can utilize the fact of the holographic universe to change circumstances in our lives and the world.
